Refund Policy

1. All returns must be made within 30 days of shipment receipt. 

2. Customer pays return shipping

3. Return authorization from Bulletproof Outfitters, LLC is required for all return shipments. Contact us to request a return and receive an RMA number. RMA numbers must be included with all returns.

4. Returned products must remain in new condition with their original packaging intact and undamaged. Used products cannot be returned for a refund. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed for returned products. 

5. No refunds will be applied to shipments refused at the time of delivery. 

6. Due to federal regulations, sales are final on all armor items (body armor plates, soft armor, helmets, shields, etc) and Closeout/ Clearance Items. 

7. Exchanges for sizing and color are acceptable only for the same exact item and cost. Customers will need to pay return shipping charges for all exchanges. 

8. Shipping charges are not refundable
